The Premium package is perfect for your multi-room refresh (3 rooms included), vacation rental, or home staging project. If your project is larger than 1000sf then contact me for a custom quote.

Once you purchase your package, you will be prompted to schedule your 1-hour discovery call with your designer, Kelsey, and complete a detailed questionnaire. Here is where we get to know you and gather all the important details of your project; such as room measurements, photos of the space, what pieces you'd like to keep, and inspiration of what you like (think Pinterest and design blogs).  The more you share the better equipped we are to create the perfect design plan for you! During this stage, you will also be provided a Room Planner & Budget Worksheet to help you create a realistic budget for your project.

After the specific details of your project have been hammered out with Kelsey, you will receive a Service Agreement outlining the process and next steps. This way the project stays organized and on schedule so the Design Plan turnaround can be as quick as possible. 

Based on your design style, day-to-day needs, and questionnaire details, Kelsey will develop a concept board for you to review and give direct feedback on using our project management platform DesignFiles. This is where all your project details, including your questionnaire and inspiration photos, will be stored and accessed by both you and your designer. After three revisions, if needed, you will receive the final Design Plan for your space/s that will act as a master guide to your project moving forward. This Design Plan will include visuals to support the space being designed, a custom color palette, curated selections for your space, and a clickable online shopping list. Along with this plan, you will receive expert guidance on how to put the design together, with installation and styling tips.
